Municipal Maintenance Manager© is software designed to allow scheduling of repetitive preventive maintenance processes on assets and to record unscheduled or corrective maintenance processes. Once information is in the system, routine preventive maintenance is automatically scheduled and the maintenance costs associated with each asset can be determined. 

 

Further, Municipal Maintenance Manager provides the means to keep all other important information for all assets in one location. This information ranges from the initial purchase to any additional physical descriptions and images. There are also user-defined areas where unique information can be stored.

 

Municipal Maintenance Manager was developed using the latest technology including Borland's Delphi and Microsoft's MS SQL. This combination allows for fast and bug-free processing. Also, it was designed for end user customization, with built in security and allows users from multiple locations to access the same database remotely … keeping branch information separate or sharing common information.

 

Municipal Maintenance Manager has been written utilizing the latest tools so that implementation is easy and processing is fast. 

Also, it was made it in such a way that switching from various database engines is not a problem. It uses the new Microsoft ADO (ActiveX Data Objects) that is built into Windows and no installation is required.
